SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS There is no minimum order. We ship on Monday and Tuesday. All plants are shipped bare root, in accordance with the state of California agricultural laws. Not all plants are available at all times. Orders are shipped USPS Priority or UPS in the USA only. Shipping takes 2-7 days depending on location. All plants travel at the risk of the buyer. Claims must be made to the carrier. There is a $3.00 handling charge on each order. California residents add 8 3/4% sales tax to your order. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover cards (credit or debit). Your name, address, and zip code as it appears on your bankcard/credit card account, your full account number and expiration date are needed, as well as the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Sweetbriar guarantees its plants to be healthy at the time of shipping. All sales are final, we do not issue refunds. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you have any problems or issues with an item you have received please contact us by email within 60 days. Sweetbriar Gardens is licensed by the State of
